Hails there brothers and sisters!
It has been a while since any of us has submitted any comments or news through this board.. That's because we have been enjoying the famous Hellenic summer! Many things have happened since then, including the presentation of our debut album in both the biggest Heavy metal and Hard Rock magazines of our country, METAL HAMMER and ROCK HARD!
We also gave several interviews to many webzines iand magazines n all over the world, including of course the above-mentioned magazines.I hope that you are doing great, we are working on some new stuff right now..More news soon!!

Hails to thee, brothers and sisters!!
As you can see, our debut album is finally out !! We know it took a while, but believe me, you will be compensated by the result!
The Spartans did not use to speak a lot, so that's what we are going to do right now.
We will let the music speak for us.
Before I end this short announcement, I want to thank on behalf of the band Greg and Jim of Eat Metal records, for their endless support and faith in us.

300-THE MOVIE |
Hails to thee, brethren! I need to write down a few lines here, as yesterday all of SACRED BLOOD attended the cinema to watch the movie 300...

Well guys, describing the movie is something that I cannot simply do through written speech... Anyone who considers himself a Greek will leave the cinema hall feeling tons of sentiments, mostly positive.. I consider this movie to be one of the most shocking events in my whole life, the director of the film must be without doubt a huge fan of Greek history. The movie is indeed shocking, and shows to us how so few people stood against many thus granting us today the gift of freedom and the opprtunity to live free... I have heard of some critics writing suspicious reviews, about the movie invoking hatred etc...WHAT DID YOU EXPECT? DID YOU WANT THE SPARTANS TO DANCE ZEIBEKIKO WITH XERXES? Some idiot in one big metal magazine of Greece wrote something about the Nazi Party of Germany in the Second World War, which had some similarities according to him with the Spartans and their way of life.. These idiots are not only traitors, but dangerous, foolish and I suggest that the best thing that they can do is continue smoking weed or any other chemical shit, and leave the glorious moments of history to the people who really love them. Their mouths are full of shit and they cannot clean them even if they drink a million tons of soap.The only way for them to do so is to cut of their own head. Unfortunatelly history is not only full of people like Leonidas, Themistocles and Miltiades, but guys like Efialtis, Pilios Goysis also have their place in history too. It's up to you to choose which to follow. We choose Leonidas. U?

I am very eager to announce our live appearance on next Saturday 3rd of March in Underworld Cluc, along with our brothers STRIKELIGHT (I have been sick of playing with you guys!! ;-) ) and X-PIRAL!
No further info at the moment, donnot forget to attend the show who will be dedicated to all the Hellenic Headangers who keep supporting us during the years!

February 2007 news |
Greetings there friends and supporters! This is Polydeykis reporting. Well, as you can see the last few months nothing has really been going on, and we are all very sad about that.. We still await the release of our album who has been ready since last March. I promise you all that I will soon have a conversation with our label to see what is going to be done about this matter. Meanwhile, you can listen to some tunes from our NEW mix of the BATTLE OF THERMOPYLAE:The chronicle.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience, but we are musicians, not business-men, and cannot predict certain facts. We hope that this spiritual child of ours reaches the light of the metal world soon!
